Saint John's wort + Lemon balm
In western herbalism, St. John's wort and lemon balm are a classic pair for uplifting the sprit and helping one connect to their joy. This is a hydrosol blend that I have been inspired to make for a couple years but have been unable to forage enough St. John's wort for distillation. This year the plants were generous and I was able to distill this soothing hydrosol. I like to describe hydrosols as a distilled flower essence. This blend is herbaceous, crisp, and lemony with a hint of mint. Spray on your pillow, keep by your desk, or mist your space and a natural pick-me-up. This is also a great gift for empaths, bodyworkers and caregivers.
