Night Blooming Jasmine flower buds open around 11 PM, perfuming the evening air with their divinely floral fragrance. Each blossom must be carefully harvested by hand so as not to bruise the flower, since bruised flowers will produce an unpleasant fragrance in the finished distillation. In aromatherapy, this precious oil is said to support confidence, optimism and feelings of euphoria. Recent scientific studies have found that Jasmine’s aroma produces a stimulating effect on the mind and can significantly increase mental alertness and joy. This oil is featured in a base of organic sunflower and jojoba oil infused with foraged beach roses--adding a beautiful heart opening compliment to the jasmine.
